The Alternative Dispute Resolution Consortium is chartered to administer the sharing of the expertise of federal employees trained in alternative dispute resolution.
The consortium provides trained mediators to help resolve workplace conflicts in federal government agencies in the Seattle area. The mediators help co-workers settle disputes ranging from work style differences and personality disputes to cases involving possible harassment, discrimination or unfair treatment.
